Ground up facility consisting of 3 retail structures located off of 59 Ave. and Baseline road in Phoenix, AZ.
2233 Dunlap:
Full remodel of the four floors at this building which was known for housing the old Art Institute of Phoenix.
Novel Heard Building:
Full floor remodels for Basement, 2nd, and 5th floors on this historic building.
